Content marketing is a marketing technique that focuses on the creation and distribution of relevant, useful and valuable content for a specific audience with the aim of attracting, engaging and retaining said audience, and thus generating benefits for the company. Currently, content marketing has become a fundamental tool for companies , especially in the digital environment, where users' attention is increasingly difficult to capture. Therefore, it is vital to have an effective content marketing strategy that allows companies to differentiate themselves from the competition, build a strong brand and connect with their audience.

For example, a SMART goal could be: “Increase website traffic by by the end of the quarter by creating relevant content and SEO optimization.” Examples of common objectives Additionally, there are some common goals that companies often set when creating their content marketing strategy . Generating leads is one of the most common objectives, as this can translate into sales and an increase in income. To achieve this goal, you can create content that attracts website visitors, such as buying guides or tutorials that help them make a purchasing decision. Another common goal is to increase website traffic .
